Note: We do not store raw credit card data. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and a self-hosted Umami service to measure visits, product funnels, errors, and feature usage. Clarity may capture masked session interactions so we can diagnose usability problems. We do not intentionally send document contents, filenames, email addresses, payment details, or authentication secrets as analytics event data.
These services load for all visitors. In Europe, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity begin in denied consent mode without analytics cookies; accepting the analytics banner enables their normal analytics storage. Umami continues to operate without analytics cookies whether or not the banner is accepted. Outside Europe, analytics storage is enabled when the site loads.

We operate on secure, reputable cloud infrastructure designed for reliability and security.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
Access Controls
Access is restricted using strict access controls, and administrative actions are logged for auditing.
Third-Party Sharing
We share data with trusted third parties only for service delivery:

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only for service delivery or legal compliance.

Data Retention
Job artifacts retained for 30 days by default (configurable for enterprise customers)
Billing and audit records retained for minimum 7 years
Deleted user accounts purge personal data within 30 days except audit logs (pseudonymized)
