Can I translate a whole book at once?
Yes. Upload the complete PDF, EPUB or DOCX file up to 100 MB. The whole book is translated in one job and returned in the same format.
Do I need to clean my manuscript first?
No. Upload the file as it is. Chapters, headings and notes are detected from the file's structure.
Can I translate just a sample chapter?
Yes. Verify a free account to get 3,000 starter words, then upload a single chapter as its own file.
Is the translation ready to publish?
It is a complete AI draft. Have a fluent reader or editor review it before you publish, and make sure you hold the translation rights.

What file formats are supported?
PDF, DOCX and EPUB documents, plus PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, BMP, GIF, TIFF and TIF images, up to 100 MB. Translated files are returned in their original format.
Can you translate scanned PDFs?
Yes, for scanned pages in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Scans in other scripts, such as Chinese, Japanese or Arabic, are not read reliably; upload a PDF with selectable text instead.
Which languages can I translate into?
70 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi and Khmer. The source language is detected automatically.
Do I get a bilingual file?
No. You download the translated file. Keep your original to compare the two.
How word-based pricing works.
How does word-based pricing work?
Every job is billed in 1,000-word blocks, rounded up. The exact price appears after upload, before you pay. Guests pay once per document; accounts get lower rates.
What happens when I run out of included words?
You keep translating at your plan's rate, or buy a top-up pack. Top-up packs never expire and apply automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Jobs of 50,000 words or less have a 7-day re-run or refund guarantee. Larger jobs are eligible for re-runs or credits.
What AI translation can and cannot do, and how files are protected.
How accurate are the translations?
The translations are complete and readable, but they are machine translations. Review names, technical terms and anything legal, medical or financial before relying on them.
Is this a certified translation?
No. It is AI translation for reading, drafting and internal use. Official documents usually need a certified human translator.
Is my manuscript safe?
Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted through application and administrative controls. See the Privacy and Security pages for details.
