The problem
Why marketing translation takes weeks
Your brochure is ready in English and the new market is waiting. The usual route goes like this:
- You paste the copy into a translator, and it comes back reading like an instruction manual.
- A designer rebuilds every page around the new text, one language at a time.
- The launch date slips while files go back and forth.
What it costs
A 12-page product brochureabout 2,400 words
Advertised from $0.10 a word, with turnaround from 24 hours.
Exact price after upload. A short brochure can fit in the 3,000 free words of a verified account.
An agency assigns a human translator. Here you get an AI translation for your own reviewer to check. Agency rate as advertised online in October 2026. Price is today's guest rate with layout preservation and the per-document fee included.
What stays and what adapts
Your design stays. The words adapt.
The translation goes back onto the original pages, so colour bands, columns and the offer box stay where your designer put them. Idioms are translated by meaning, so a headline reads as if it was written for the new market.
Upload a designed PDF brochure, a Word sales sheet you can keep editing, or a long product catalog. Working in InDesign or Canva? Export to PDF first.

A wholesale brochure, in French
- Colour bands, columns and the offer box stay where the designer put them
- “Pulls its weight” became “tient ses promesses”, an idiom instead of a literal line
- Prices switch to French style: 2,10 $ and 5,50 $
Fictional brochure written for this demo. Unedited output from the local pipeline, October 2026. A few lines are set slightly smaller where the French runs longer.

Human brand review
The AI drafts. Your reviewer makes it sound like you.
Marketing copy sells on tone, and tone is a judgment call. Split the work so each side does what it is good at.
PageTranslate drafts
- Translates every line, from headlines to fine print
- Keeps the layout, colour bands and images where they were
- Carries idioms over by meaning
- Keeps names, phone numbers, emails and links exactly
Your native reviewer polishes
- Tunes the brand voice and the form of address
- Decides what to do with slogans and puns
- Checks offers and claims against local advertising rules
- Picks local keywords if the copy also goes online

Marketing document translation questions
Is this transcreation?
No. It is translation that carries idioms over by meaning. For slogans and taglines, a copywriter in the new market decides whether to adapt them or write new ones.
Will my brochure keep its design?
A PDF comes back with the same pages, colours and columns. When the new language runs longer, some lines are set slightly smaller, so check headlines and buttons.
Can I upload an InDesign or Canva file?
Export it to PDF first. PageTranslate accepts PDF, Word (DOCX) and EPUB files, plus common image formats, up to 100 MB.
Can I edit the translated brochure?
Upload a Word file and you get an editable Word file back. A PDF comes back as a translated PDF to review and share.
Does it translate text inside images?
Text in photos and graphics is read with OCR and translated where it can be placed back. Check logos and stylised lettering by eye.
Can I translate one brochure into several languages?
Yes, one language per upload. Upload the same file again for each market. You can choose from 70 languages.
Is my unreleased campaign kept private?
Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted. You keep ownership of your file and the translation.
